I came across this book at a local library.

There is a REIM meeting Tuesday night at the Hoover Library 6:30.

Maybe the library has a public room, or the senior citizen center? 

Your local library with a genealogy section, maybe at a local college, will almost certainly take them for archiving purposes if you have a name or an address where they came from. 

Getting started at low cost = Biggerpockets + read a couple books on RE investing from the local library + do a cheap local buy/repair/hold + do most of the repairs yourself + self manage + build a network of trusted professionals and contractors, learn and repeat. 

Second one was 12 people, I stayed consistent and with the people I met started having people speak, no we host in a library conference room and have around 30 people on average come, still growing, but the value I received from meeting these people has sky rocketed my plans.

Robert Kiyosaki and his advisors have the biggest presence in my library 15+ titles.

I grew up in the South Shore community and heard about the new development of the Obama library, Tiger Woods golfs course, and lake access and felt that this is a good time to take action in those areas.
