You also take the risk of plumbing to go bad after doing foundation, so if you do the foundation i highly reccomend you have a plumber ready to go at the same exact time so you dont have to do digging twice.

Partnerships always start of great BUT will always have hard times and UNLESS you have everything written down on the steps if X to Y happen then you won't know how the other party will react.Money always changes people also, so IF you can go at it on your own do that instead.

It seems like being an agent doesn't help as much as I thought it may learning the ropes to gain an advantage as an investor.Sounds like it may be best to do as Bill says and go at the agent job part time while earning my normal income.
