That will probably be the direction we go at some point, I just don't know when.

You also take the risk of plumbing to go bad after doing foundation, so if you do the foundation i highly reccomend you have a plumber ready to go at the same exact time so you dont have to do digging twice.

Partnerships always start of great BUT will always have hard times and UNLESS you have everything written down on the steps if X to Y happen then you won't know how the other party will react.Money always changes people also, so IF you can go at it on your own do that instead. 

It may make sense for the cash flow but make sure you are lookin go at the full picture.  

It sounds like this is what he was told and he's just reiterating it.He just doesn't realize that the information he's been given (and paid for) is wrong...Where does the rational mind go at these events?  

It seems like being an agent doesn't help as much as I thought it may learning the ropes to gain an advantage as an investor.Sounds like it may be best to do as Bill says and go at the agent job part time while earning my normal income.
