To partner or not to partner
If you have the money, would you just go for it and do it all alone without a partner? Or would you partner to get more deals? Which is better in the long run?

I partnered / collaborated / engaged / teamed /socialized / discussed / vetted /group thought, etc. in corporate world for 35 years. One of the things I have enjoyed most post retirement is making RE decisions without needing anyone's approval. Sure, I'll be the first to solicit advice from people smarter than me, but that's much different from needing someone's agreement/approval. It is good to be king.
