I took a ridiculous amount of credits my last two years and just pounded out my degree.After graduating, I begin imnedialty to invest in real estate and have never had a w-2 job, however, having a degree helps investing.For example, connecting with sellers, and/or private money lenders.

And it would be penny wise and pound foolish to spend $1000 or so on an eviction lawsuit and eat 1-3 months of vacancy over this even if you could evict (which, again, you can't).I also find myself wondering what you your lease says about late fees?

,,unwanted junk,,hazardous waste etc.

Many pickup trucks over 6,000 pounds will meet the second exception if they have a cargo box area of at least six feet that is not readily accessible from the passenger compartment.
