What resources do you recommend for learning more about that investment area?

Happy to connect and share a couple of resource for new BRRRR-ers.

But for non-distressed properties that qualify for owner occupied financing the MLS is a great resource.

These don't look like the kind of numbers where people are just going to dump this valuable resource. 

Though U.S. recovery efforts after Hurricane Maria were slower and stingier than the response to hurricanes in Florida and Texas, Puerto Rico has access to relatively extensive American disaster resources.  

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

In a few years, I'm going to start making some pretty decent money and was wondering if there are any resources you guys recommend for apartment complexes or any other kind of real estate investing.

If you barely have income enough to rent, even with a house hack you don't sound like you have the resources to cope when things don't go well.
