First, there will be a knee-jerk reaction, just like we're seeing right now with Kathleen Wynn messing around with the market, and with the puny 0.25% increase in rates.

I think perhaps this is a tough conversation to have and the knee jerk reaction is simply get a new tenant to extinguish the baggage.

Also, from this reaction you could see how maybe a potential tenant may see it.

To be clear, I would ask your advisor about these strategies (somewhat vaguely) to see what their reaction is.

My natural reaction to sending multiple letters to the same people is "Well they didn't call me the first time, If I keep marketing to them why is that going to make them want to sell.....Wouldn't a motivated person call immediately once they got the first letter"?

While I have my place always cleaned professionally, there are still different levels of cleaning and I do not want a prospective tenant walk into the appartment and get harmed by allergic reactions.

I grant that my reaction (calling his reply to me misogynistic)  may be a sensitive trigger issue for me. 

@Brian WilkesI am not a lawyer but my knee jerk reaction is that such an entity may cause additional housing discrimination complaints.
