Another ESA/service animal question

I understand that you cannot ask for additional rent or an additional deposit if your tenant has an ESA or a service animal. My question is, can you have the tenant sign an addendum that asks for deep cleaning of appartment, carpets and HVAC vents at moveout? While I have my place always cleaned professionally, there are still different levels of cleaning and I do not want a prospective tenant walk into the appartment and get harmed by allergic reactions.
