I do own some commercial property in an HOA but I am the majority owner and can control the outcome(s) because of it.I'd pause before investing where someone else can decide what you can and can't do.

I was a flight attendant that was laid off and we thought aviation was basically ending at this time and that I needed to find a new career but then I resumed work after the pandemic, so I put the whole program on pause as I went back to flying.Recently, I read about the FTC suing a similar company for these high-pressure sign up environments and something about the financing.

@Jay HinrichsI was in the process of searching for my first rental prior to the outbreak (now on pause), but currently renting.I usually pay between the 1st and 5th of the month, my landlords are not very strict/particular.
