Hello BP,

90% of the landlord threads on here are generally stories of malcontent. Some are temporary setbacks, others are fixable over time and ocassionally we see...... the cause for pause deep head scratch very odd case. However, this particular incident is a tragedy, hopefully no landlord here every has to deal with. Unfortunately the story has limited details so we can't know how it got turned up to this. Its obvious the tenant was in the wrong, no question.  Anywho, here's the link http://www.newsday.com/news/nation/constable-clark...

If you thought that your landlording situation was bad... maybe... not so much now.

Kudos,

Mary
