I own/ manage a 40 unit portfolio with a staff.

It really opened up a lot of my time to allow myself and my staff to focus on generating income in other ways.  

It's not just any amazement and any construction materials and any support staff, you want the A team, no matter what area.  

I hear other people talk about self managing and then they talk about their office staff. 

I believe that is supposed to bring 1200 people to the area between students and staff.

Would staff support a zone change to R10 for the lot?

Check a local title company (if you don't already have one) and see if they have an attorney on staff.

If they pay in person at our office we have to have a staff member collect the funds, the accountant has to enter the check into the register of accounts and then get it to the bank and then we have to wait for the funds to clear before we can pay the owner.
