We have long term tenants, single workers and families, and we have a great healthcare system which brings in a lot of traveling nurses and doctors.

Howland is all doctors and lawyers, low crime but much higher end homes for this area.

The upper level was recently doctors offices and I decided to make "rent read" with flooring/paint and charge $1.25/sq ft.

Doctors and nurses are up close and personal sometimes for extended periods in close proximity, touching all sorts of bodily fluids etc.
