Tenant refuses to wear mask but insists on us coming for repairs

Hi,

I wanted to know what everyone's thoughts are on this situation. I have a tenant that is insisting on some repairs. I scheduled a date/time to come inspect and go from there. I kindly asked her to please make sure that her and her family members and anyone else that will be there that day and while we will be doing repairs to please use a mask at all times based on the CDC recommendations. I reassured her that we too would have masks on at all times for everyone's safety. Well, she refuses to wear one while she's in her OWN house she said. How would you guys handle this situation. I feel like saying, well if you refuse than we refuse to inspect and make any repairs? but i don't want to neglect our property and have further damages/costs. I don't understand where she is coming from and why she is making a big issue over this??

If you are that worried about it rap yourself in plastic and stay home. I've done several showings and some repairs and none of us wore a mask. And we are all still alive. If a simple mask works than ER nurses/Dr. would not be required to wear a N95 mask.
