If I were applying for a trainee position and I'm currently an english teacher, what are some suggestions for relating the two jobs during an interview?

I worked as a chef in my early twenties and since then, accounting during the day and creative pursuits at night - first as a singer/songwriter, then in my thirties pursuing my degree as an English literature teacher.When my daughter was born three months ago, I had to take a hard look at my goals and I realized that raising a family on two teachers' salaries (my wife is an established teacher) is going to be a hard road financially.So the English teacher option was out - as fulfilling as it would be as a career, it won't pay the bills.I've always had an interest in real estate.

I first screened 3 or 4 and picked the one that seemed to speak the best English.

They were in the same industry but one spoke English and the other was speaking Spanish.

My questions are, Is there a fact sheet that is in plain english that HUD provides describing the ins and outs of renting through HUD?

We create a letter of intent  (LOI) prior to the transaction that lays out in plain English what both sides of the transaction have agreed to.

I noticed that the family might be Spanish speaking only, so instead of writing in English, I'd prefer using something they may find closer to home.

They speak no English, and will be supplied a translator from the charity group.
