Yellow Letter in Spanish

Anybody have a Direct Mail Campaign written in Spanish?

I'm actually going to use it on only one particular property I see from time-to-time.  The prospective house is practically falling apart and it needs A LOT of work.  I noticed that the family might be Spanish speaking only, so instead of writing in English, I'd prefer using something they may find closer to home. I considered knocking on their door, but my skin isn't that thick.

I'm looking for something simple. I want to mention that I've seen the house, and I'm willing to buy all cash in its current condition. I don't want it to sound generic resembling other mailers.

Thanks in advance
