Getting 3k for Christmas week!

For some reason we get a small minority of guests that don't review on VRBO (I suppose because those guests are older and less tech savvy).Additionally we plan on giving them a big Christmas bonus this year because we appreciate the good work they do for us. 

@Carole G. you may be in a catch-22 situation.Most states require person showing properties to be a licensed agent.So, you'd either have to hire them via commission to show it, or find some willing to show for a fixed amount per showing.Of course, Colorado may not have this requirementORyou could someone wiling to break the law.

That's awesome and sometimes we get so focused on the money side of things but its people (the little people that count)  -- sorry had to digress to Christmas Vacation.. no really, if it doesn't make you happy to provide a great experience to someone else then your heart ain't in it and its just a job.

Purchased the week of Christmas.

Hanging Christmas lights...shoveling snow if that is a thing where you live, cleaning windows, if you have a truck...delivery service.....girl Friday type work--personal concierge. 

Some places refuse to evict on Christmas eve.I would personaly talk to any who have not left in 30 days, and for the hard luck stories offer assistance.
