STR Thanksgiving and Christmas Bookings

Hi Everybody,

Just got a STR in Solterra this year, and was wondering if any more experienced owners can let me know when bookings start to happen for thanks giving and Christmas. I seem to have solid bookings before and after, but those two periods aren't booked yet.
