Does a promissory note suffice for the private lenders?

Do I even require a business structure this early in the game or will a team consisting of an attorney and accountant suffice?

Or can my MI CPA suffice?

Is using a local attorney worth the extra cost or would setting one up online through a company like Legalzoom suffice?  

Simple statement such as "and or assigns" added to you contract after the buyers name will suffice.  

I did not know the laws regarding walk throughs either but just a simple explanation would suffice.

Suffice to say, it's been a bit rough.

A simple message stating your name and that you are interested in purchasing their property will suffice (similar to what is above).
