The bankruptcy should be keeping the Mortgage servicer from Foreclosing if the stay is in place so you may have more than 6 days.Sellers may have to file motion to sell home in the middle of BK, depends on the BK filed.I would find out what type of BK was filed, Find out if there are any other liens on the property, if the borrower is already in foreclosure they are likely to have other debts that could have attached them selves to the property.
