I am wondering how to proceed to acquire more properties.

Everything I was being told sounded too good to be true and makes me wonder why most people aren't doing this.

I'm wondering how hard it is to attract professional roommates /traveling professionals in Hagerstown.

A year of rent sounds great on the surface but I'm wondering why they wouldn't just pursue a normal year long (long term) rental...maybe they've been bad renters or have bad credit or low income.

I haven't done my due diligence yet but I wonder why the national builder are not going to make money in Columbus if it is such a growing market. they do make money.

I'm seeing some new builds happening there and I'm wondering how much appreciation upside people are forecasting in that area. 

So I am just wondering how I should go about this?

What I'm wondering though is if any agaents/builders in this area or any other areas include actual proformas with their sales materials.As a long time investor, I look at the numbers on these deals - even at retail prices - and am amazed at how good of an investments these cabins are if someone actually looks at all the numbers.  

As someone with little capital to invest at this moment, I’m wondering if this is a reasonable (and relatively safe, depending on the deal) option to pursue even if I’m not clearing much in the way of cash flow to start.
