Once you get your certificate for completing the class, you can get a credit builder loan from Self Help Credit Union (you had to have the certificate when I did this years ago, but it may have changed).

But the devil is in the details...Some areas require a Town-provided Certificate of Occupancy (CO) before closing.

I am still interested in working with beer, but I am not so sure about working as a distributor based on the fact that I may be stuck outside the physical requirements, so I am in the process of obtaining my Cicerone Beer Server certification so I can possibly work in a taproom or pub.As far as REI goes, I want to try my hand at wholesaling because I am quite literally living off of my last paycheck and only have about $100-$200 to put into marketing and expenses.

Many dog owners (including myself) are not aware of this certification.  

If those certificates have not been redeemed (paid off) you owe that money to the certificate holders. 

One of the properties turns out to have not received a Certificate of Occupancy, yet the Conwill's rented it.

Borrowing from hard money lenders I believe is the way to go and I'll tell you why from my perspective.I actually have cash but prefer to buy cash flow rentals, tax lien certificates and life insurance with the cash.
