All that being said, having a Property Manager that is willing to go to battle is very important as poor people tend not to be as educated, thus trying to reason why a poor tenant should have to pay for the carport post they ran into is difficult, plus they lie non-stop.  

First floor has sent many abusive foul texts, but no overt threats to harm us.  

The place has a really strong smell of cigarette smoke.

I've never even been close enough to a deal to smell one let alone be apart of one.

The tenant wlil have an uphill battle because tenant will need to prove that you knew that the siding was loose or reasonably should have known.  

I know it's not cash but oh well.I'd like to see the water....or at least have the ocean smell in the air.
