On the more human side- we love to fish, grill out with our family on our lake, and go to the beach in an attempt to turn off our brains!

There are many other big (HomeAway) and small (9Flats) portals out there, and some of the big old sharks are acquiring the small fish left and right to make up for their decades of failing to innovate the market, but they are not worth the time, effort or fees they charge.

There is water sports and camping, hunting, fishing as well.

Shooting fish in a barrel on the mls has passed.

Feeling like a small fish a large ocean at this point and the more practice I get underwriting, the more I'm understanding first hand why investors are saying multi family MLS deals in the area are getting far and few between.  

Looking at my area it looks like the biggest lake to find fish as far as lead types go, is pre foreclosed homes.

The Ocean isn't going anywhere and neither is the fishing in the intercoastal.
