Pasco Pinellas Newbies

Well hello hello, BP world! 

My husband, David, and I have been like little sponges on BP, among other sources, for months now- and are excited to finally introduce ourselves! 

We're both native to the Tampa Bay area (we now reside in Pasco), and are new to REI. Though I've been around REI my entire life and more recently have assisted a few relatives in their REI ventures, this is our first real go at building something longstanding. Our plan, like many others, is to begin in contract assignment from North Pasco to South Pinellas, then sooner than later snag a few fix-and-flips and ultimately buy-and-holds in the Holiday/Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor/Clearwater area.

David and I each have 15+ years of applied background in marketing, sales, interior design, and are both now on track to obtain our RE License. On the more human side- we love to fish, grill out with our family on our lake, and go to the beach in an attempt to turn off our brains!

We seek to not only create a solid network and make great deals in the process, but to genuinely form lasting relationships in the RE world- deal or no deal! There's nothing like having a great group of people, hamster wheels turning in the same direction, all in each others corner!
