Best way to market to preforclose homes?

How exactly would you pull up a list and with what kind of criteria? Looking at my area it looks like the biggest lake to find fish as far as lead types go, is pre foreclosed homes. Currently building a list on ListSource.com and trying to make it the best list possible. It'd be pretty coolif we were able to cross-reference preforclose with tax defaults..
