Before I make that transition, I'm just curious, is there anyone out there who chose to just continue scaling with SFHs?

We are debating if we should just rehab as a single family long term hold or if we should transition to a business office rental.

So ultimately, it's going to be charity housing or transitional services, and she'll kick and scream and scratch all the way there, absolutely sure she did nothing to deserve this.

Once you are pre approved you can go shop agents, property managers, etc..If you get hooked up with the right agent or property manager they will have a top notch vender list they readily share with potential clients to make a smooth transition for all.
