I am also interested in Austin area, as this is a place where I might actually want to relocate in future due to its blooming tech scene.

I like my reputation at this point, but need to balance that with being overly responsive because I imagine a scene just like you had where they're calling whenever they feel like it.

IF you really like the property I wouldn't put a middleman realtor in the scene.

The good tenant says the unit at issue looks like a crime scene when you look through the windows outside.

I Know it's wrong, I do have a warped scenes of enjoyment, but I can not resist the pleasure I derive from making their lives miserable while all along they have the misconception they are making mine miserable.
