Hello everyone!

I'm new and rather inexperienced to the real estate investing scene. I've lived in the Phoenix metro area for just over a year now. I'm rather young, but very ambitious and ready to learn the ropes! My goal is to become financially independent and earn a steady and recurring income stream from long-term, buying and holding of rental properties.
