Where I'm from people speculated and rush to purchase in Long Island City once they heard that a certain company was coming, we all know what happen some investors learned valuable lessons about Speculating instead of buying right!!!!

I owned the 2nd largest roofing company in Florida, and we did plenty with warranty...had zero issues arise....Multiple layers gets a bad wrap for no reason...mostly people just repeating what other people repeat...etc...
