Hi All, maybe a dumb question: Looking at a potential flip and wondering if anyone combines driving for dollars/off-market with conventional loans?

This attracts more tenants rather than drive them away while their previous landlord is still holding eir security deposit. 

I would love a deep dive into the specifics of these systems and how they have benefited your business.
