Hi all-I am new to this forum and look forward to learning from you all.  I do believe real estate is one of the safest investments when managed with care.  Here is a picture of Wrightsville Beach, NC.  I serve Wilmington, and the surrounding counties and along with local beaches.

Hey @Sherri Ingle glad to have you join the BP forum. I run a BP investor focused meetup for the Wilmington area - we meet on the First Tuesday of every month at Mad Mole Brewing. It is very informal gathering with a mix of seasoned and new investors. Happy to connect anytime!
