I use a CRM (Insightly) in my 9-5 and see the benefits of such a system, but that specific platform isn't the best suited for the REI environment.What CRM's are user friendly and helpful in the multifamily space?

@Tiffany Milan I would say...I just had enough understanding for every platform I stepped on, then I began right back into an area of unknown.I remember i day I closed on my first property, in one of the following afternoons I sat in the vacant, needing to be renovated, upper unit of the duplex for about 45 minutes asking myself what the hell am I doing.Then you just learn and continue!

You may have troubles listing them on some of the platforms such as Trip Advisor who verify property ownership but if you have a signed lease, I don't think they will challenge it.

I already politely declined attending but I agree with some statements above that it’s good business and we (tenants and I) are on a closer interaction platform (I’m usually in the neighborhood, quickly address any issues that come up which are minimal) and potentially in the future they will rent longer or purchase a home from me.

In other words, I have not started on anything but I do have books, educational platforms, Bigger Pockets podcast, (and possibly the lowest market in America........

A couple platforms I'm using are postlets.com and local for rent groups on Facebook.

Not sure if it is a stable or well-used platform yet. multifamily.loans wants a financial statement from me before looking for loans for me. 

It sounds paranoid, but if you're dependent on a platform like Airbnb to do most of your bookings like we do, the .1% of time these things happen can and will completely wipe out your business.

I'm very pleased with the platform here as well as the podcast.

No platform shoes though.
