Massive library of video tutorials on all training.I would recommend the program mainly for investors that live in suburban counties, that's where I am and those students seem to have the most success/least challenges from a marketing perspective.Personally it took a while talking to motivated sellers before I got more confidence and I spent too much on certain marketing that would have better spent in other marketing areas, but once I dialed that in I'm having more success with making offers and signing up deals.

There are also books that are hundreds of dollars or more with good info.ICSC has a book library, ULI Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, etc.You have to decide if you really love developing or want to be a passive investor.

.- google street view: steel gated strom doors, cars without wheels, trash and groups of people standing around... you get the idea- trulia crime maps: used to be green/yellow/red - they changed to shades of blue, I guess for PC.
