Should I use Property Management Software ?

I am a newbie investor and I will be purchasing my first triplex in a few months through an FHA Loan. Do you think it is necessary to start using property management software or could I use spreadsheets to keep track of my income and expenses for now, until I acquire more properties?

Thanks in advance for the advice!

@Stephanie Sicard yes! definitely use property

management software. you may feel like you don’t need it right now but as you continue to scale up and buy more it will be much easier to add properties to your software being that you already have it set up.

ask me how i know.... i used spreadsheets and am now trying to go backwards and add all my properties to a platform and it’s very hard. i really wish i had a good software platform from day one.
