Newbie trying to join

Hello bigger pocket family I have been listening to the podcast for month and just left my first real estate work shop. I am ready to start selling. I had my call today about joining but of course am not financially stable. So I went to bank and other loans place but I have been turned down. I work full time day work 40-70 hours a week, trying to raise three children. Am losing faith in this dream before it even begins. BP family are there any other ways I can figure out how to raise the capital to get the BP training that I need to change my family legacy.
