I'm very impressed with his operation.I know that a few BP Pittsburghers (Kenneth E. and Jennifer Lee) were working on setting up a BP Pittsburgh get together in the next few weeks...not sure where they are on that.

This is what many real estate investors seem to miss when they get sold on setting up overly complicated entity structures and later find out how expensive and time-consuming it is to maintain or shutdown.
