I’ve just recently decided to jump out into the life of wholesaleing.

So one RE model I've just got done listening to podcast on Turn-Key investing.How many of you started with this model when starting, and what was the process.

And also, although not listed in the remodification papers, we recently found out that if we miss a payment the remod goes back to the original underwater amount.
