Cash Investors Advice

I am currently in the process of finding a home for contract. I am trying to find different ways of building a cash buyer list as well to help keep me going once I make my first deal. I came across the website "My house deals" that provides cash buyer list with a membership. I looked at reviews and they are pretty back and fourth, more good reviews than bad but I wanted to see if anyone on here has any personal reviews in regards to the cash buyers list on the website and if it has helped them. Any other tips and recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day everyone!

@Pat Baggett One of the best places to fund investors and cash buyers is to go to your county foreclosure auction. Everyone there thats bidding on property has the cash to buy those properties. You have a captive audience. Go to the auction and bring business cards. Since you are new its probably better if you get a deal first and then go. Brin. Ur deal there and tell people about it.

I tell all newbies that a buyers list is useless if you dont have deals coming in. Buyers are easy if you have a deal.
