I am currently in the process of finding a home for contract. I am trying to find different ways of building a cash buyer list as well to help keep me going once I make my first deal. I came across the website "My house deals" that provides cash buyer list with a membership. I looked at reviews and they are pretty back and fourth, more good reviews than bad but I wanted to see if anyone on here has any personal reviews in regards to the cash buyers list on the website and if it has helped them.
