MLS Access - DFW / NTREIS

This is my first post on BP. I've just been using some of the tools up to this point and listening to the podcast on a daily. I figure with 300+ podcast, I can do 2 / day and be caught up in 6 months!

What do you non-realtor/brokers do to get access to MLS data in the DFW Market? Specifically, NTREIS. I need it for comps on rentals and comps on home values.

I've been considering getting my Real Estate License, but I'd really rather just pay a fee to get access.

Surely this topic comes up a bunch. I couldn't find a search bar on the site.

Thanks for your help,

Jeff

Thank you both for the replies! I had heard of Propelio on one of the podcast but could not remember the name.
That's exactly what I was looking for.
