That supply bump has leveled out since 2023 and in 2024 we are starting to see metrics creep back up, albeit slowly.On the regulation front, the City of Columbia passed and reasonable regulation for STRs in city limits as of 10/1/2023.

I know at NW we are all licensed agents and that does make a difference because we have access to resources some wholesalers we don't have and of course, litigation.... we not only want to operate ethically and morally, but there are real consequences to not.
