So not motivating.

As of now I’m listening to the “BiggerPockets” the podcast and I just started since the first episode and it just made me have more motivation to accomplish my goals  I am in the process of currently changing my major from Marketing to Finance and Real Estate and I would highly appreciate any type of advice, that any of you have.

I keep getting text messages to "Cynthia" regarding selling 7142 W Colter St. 

Doesn't matter if you put it in writing as on offer in an email or text...she hasnt signed a lease and neither have you.

We email, call, and text every day and ask for updates.

For the first 9 months there was an average of at least 10 text messages or phone calls from the one tenant per week.
