Hi everyone! My name is Ximena, I’m 20 years old and still enrolled in college.

The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself.

As of now I’m listening to the “BiggerPockets” the podcast and I just started since the first episode and it just made me have more motivation to accomplish my goals

I am in the process of currently changing my major from Marketing to Finance and Real Estate and I would highly appreciate any type of advice, that any of you have. I am very excited to begin this journey because I’m ready to start living financially free and start a job that does not feel like a job!
