Also because logging is so seasonal in the north west we have to schedule loggers out 6 months in advance and this left a hole in our schedule and no place for the logger to go.. probably a week long job.. etc etc the seller gets up and just huffs and puffs.. judge rules on the bench in our favor 6k to us.. seller of timber walk over whips out his check book and cuts me a 6k check and huffs out.So maybe you do the same.. you file a small claim.. the seller CANT bring a lawyer you show that you have done all this work to search this out how hard they are to find.. etc etc and your damages are Xprobably cost you a few hours and less than 200.00 in filing feeswhat do you think worth your time .. !!!???

The money is being spent on a new desk, new coffee table, new lamps, new pots for my plants & trees, and new light switches and outlets.On another note, I have three new projects in the works and feel confident about the future prospects here, so much so that I am investing another $1.2 million down here.

Here’s my possibly crack pot idea, I have a multi family with some land behind it, and am thinking about seeing if some one would like to build there for some sort of partnership, maybe mini storage or another multi family.
