Partnering- someone else build in my land
Here’s my possibly crack pot idea, I have a multi family with some land behind it, and am thinking about seeing if some one would like to build there for some sort of partnership, maybe mini storage or another multi family.
Has anyone ever done this before? Or just has some insight? I’m not looking for a partner yet, just need comfort in my head first.
Fyi, this property is in Ohio, if laws might effect your thinking. Just wanting your thinking to help clear up mine, or if you can shoot this down, please feel free to, before i have learn the hard way once again.
