@Kurt Stein I'd like to offer a different perspective.Your tenants will not love you more if you send them a postcard or a gift.Let's compare a situation where one is a valued customer of local beauty salon and gets a Christmas card and where one is a tenant.

Anyone have a favorite website with good deals on postcards and mailing?

For mailers to the original 300, I sent postcards from vistaprint about 21/2 weeks ago.

If the number is on the DNC list, its best to send a letter/postcard or simply knock on the door.

Also yellow letters or post cards and how often?  

I got this handwritten card from a homeowner who received my direct mail post card.

My plan is to send a mix of letters and postcards.

Hello Everyone, Can anybody recommend a a company or site where I can find low cost post cards or yellow letters?

We have not built our team yet so in AZ I take calls and in WA me and partner take calls.We do letters and postcards at this point....we hope to one day be doing the same and some web based marketing.Ultimately we are building to a team of a marketing person and 2 acquisition specialists plus me and my partner.

Our mailers will cycle through the following mail types: professional letters x 2, handwritten letters x 2 (not yellow letters; cream colored letters, not lined, with a logo / letterhead), postcards x 2, professional flyers x 2, zipletter x 1.
