Decision fatigue will become your middle name.If you have developed a financial model and derived a property description, any property you look at either meets or doesnt meet your model.

This is based off of the owners description and a few pictures of the inside which shows some beat up kitchen cabinets and some rough looking floors. 

Geographically speaking Lynn makes much more sense (and that's great insight into the towns future plans).

And Denver and Atlanta (though smaller in number) look like they are getting it in geographic clusters.By this map I wonder if the areas with large populations living close that have colder weather are more affected than other areas? 

In the description of a listing it said "we'll tear down the old cabin for an extra fee."

I've read a lot of different descriptions of a permanent foundation for mobile homes, and would love it if someone with experience could clarify this for me.
