I'm speaking from the perspective of this:Tennant reports appliance isn't working.

I look at things from two perspectives, personal finance and investment.1. 

I still feel like investing in vacation rentals can be an outstanding investment, but you've got to score a good deal when you buy, and you cannot be counting on a fresh buy for much, if any, positive cash flow unless you scored a crazy good buy.

I virtually always agree with your perspective but when you rent there is no maintenance/cap ex, vacancy, PM, and the various misc.  

(WI taxes on my corporate income, concerns from my employers perspective, etc.)Scenario 1: Request my employer mark my work location as 'Remote'. 

The first unit has ~75% occupancy but mostly because I take it off for a few weeks in low season to go through everything, fresh paint, etc.  

A fresh channel for each property.

But you can use other lease option strategies, such as the cooperative assignment.As for Wisconsin and lease options, from a legal perspective they are a viable strategy.
