Hey everyone! 

I’m stoked to be joining this awesome community of real estate lovers as I kick off my journey in Cincinnati, Ohio. I’m Yoav Thomas Lawrence, originally from Israel, bringing a fresh perspective from the Israeli real estate scene to the Cincinnati market.

While I’ve got some solid experience back home, I’m totally new to the U.S. market. But hey, I’m all about taking new challenges and making things happen!

One thing I’ve learned from my time in real estate is that it’s all about the relationships. Sure, deals are important, but building genuine connections and working together towards success? That’s what really gets me going.

So here’s the deal: I’m on the lookout for like-minded partners who are as passionate about real estate as I am. Whether you’re an investor, a seasoned pro, or just someone who knows the Cincinnati scene inside out, I’d love to connect and see how we can team up to crush it together.

I’m especially keen to link up with inspectors, contractors, agents, and anyone else who’s got the skills and integrity to bring to the table. Building a solid crew is key to making waves in real estate, and I’m all about surrounding myself with top-notch folks who share my values.
