I don't do private lending some I'm guessing PLs network a lot among each other. 

BP has given us contacts, information and a network that has helped us get to where we are combined with the local REIGs. 

As I step into this new chapter, I’m excited to learn, share insights, and expand my network with professionals who are passionate about real estate.Looking forward to connecting, learning, and hopefully collaborating with some of you!

My CPA requires Quickbooks online and it seems there isn’t an easy way to do the data entry and allocations and keep those two systems inline with all the transactions.
