Has anyone heard of Direct2Deals for leads?

I keep seeing this guy Josh Rivera on my Instagram that says they have a done for you lead generation, wondering if anybody has used it or any experience with it?

I am a current client of Direct 2 Deals. They have been great to me and my company. I have been investing in real estate for a little over 2 years and have not been able to scale the way I want to due to the fact that I never was able to generate enough “good” leads to keep the money flowing. They have a great marketing team and are very knowledgeable. They know how to set up and run the campaigns on Facebook. I’m not a marketing person or an agency. I’m a real estate investor and they have allowed me  the ability to focus on doing what I’m best at closing deals, helping distressed sellers and bringing value to the communities around me.

But like it’s been said in other post, it takes some time to really gain momentum with this type of marketing. I am now moving into our month with them and we have a 27K assignment and looking at another 20 to 30K assignment. I have never been able to find quality leads cold, calling or driving for dollars. I know that it’s doable but the way Josh and his team make it so easy to just focus on the inbound leads captured from the Facebook feeds is next level for me and my company! 

I definitely recommend Direct 2 Deals to anyone that is interested in really gaining some knowledgeable and quality support to generate good inbound leads.
