He taught me that the end of the block was more valuable than a lot in the center of the block and that a stoplight at an intersection made the corners more valuable.

Unfortunately, it has not resulted in the home prices on the surrounding blocks to appreciate in price like how Barclays center did to apartments and houses in Brooklyn.

Louis city and as many old houses in the city it has limestone blocks for a foundation which seems to be in good shape but no concrete floor.
